We are proud to produce raw artisan honey, unheated and unfiltered, preserving the natural pollen, enzymes, and micro-nutrients.
We separate honey varieties by season and location, so the honey you get comes straight from the honeycombs, with the unique flavors and aroma of each flower nectar captured in the jar.
Raw honey will crystallize naturally over time. If you wish to re-liquify simply place the open jar in a bowl of warm water.
