Gil’s Honey is a third-generation family apiary located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York.
Our hives are surrounded by organic farms and state forests, where our bees forage freely on seasonal wildflowers.
We produce raw, artisan honey — always unheated and unfiltered — to preserve the
natural pollen, enzymes, and micronutrients found in every drop.
Each seasonal harvest has its own unique flavor and aroma, straight from the comb to your jar.
Note: Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. To gently re-liquefy, place the open jar in a bowl of warm water.
