Raw Fall wildflowers honey. Unheated and unfiltered.
This micro-harvest comes from a late fall nectar flow dominated by wild asters. Aster honey is bright yellow to light amber when freshly extracted and naturally turns a creamy yellow as it crystallizes.
Crystallization occurs quickly and results in a smooth, fine-grained texture. The flavor is very sweet with a mild fruity profile and a gentle, clean aroma.
Harvested in small batches from our beehives in New York during the late fall bloom.

We are proud to produce raw artisan honey, unheated and unfiltered, preserving the natural pollen, enzymes, and micronutrients.
We separate honey varieties by season and location, so the honey you get comes straight from the honeycombs, with the unique flavors and aroma of each flower nectar captured in the jar.
Raw honey will crystallize naturally over time. If you wish to re-liquify simply place the open jar in a bowl of warm water.
