Description
Bulk raw goldenrod honey in a 2-gallon plastic food-grade pail.
Raw goldenrod honey naturally crystallizes quickly, so it’s best to transfer bulk honey into smaller containers, ideally glass jars.
Crystallization is a completely natural process in raw honey and a true sign of its quality. If you’d like to decrystallize your honey, the simplest method is to place the jar in a bowl of warm water or use a slow cooker set to “low.”
Gently heating the honey up to 115°F won’t damage its natural goodness, and over time, it will naturally recrystallize.
To slow down crystallization, store your honey in a warm spot.
